I am having A Week. After the world's most exhausting weekend on call (3:30 AM, 5 AM, 1 AM bedtimes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday respectively), the long and exhaustive conversations I've had to have with students, the caliber of the issues I've been dealing with AND the fact that I found out I have to work the evening of my birthday (my birthday! evening! how is one supposed to have a BIRTHDAY DINNER ON THEIR BIRTHDAY? sigh.), I am ready for the weekend like I've never been. Thankfully better, more fun moments are on the horizon.
